The 2016 Sapphire Now & ASUG Conference is the largest business technology event in the world, connecting communities that utilize SAP software on a regular basis. Worksoft, a leading global provider of automation software for business process testing and discovery, approached our team at Rockway Exhibits for help with a custom display for their attendance at this important industry event.
Worksoft was looking for an attractive and inviting booth that would allow them to have four separate work stations at once. One section would be used exclusively for software demonstrations, with another section providing a semi-private lounge area where meetings could be held with clients. Worksoft also wanted space to incorporate a larger television for presentations, along with excellent lighting and a design that would increase brand awareness.
The Rockway Approach
We immediately understood the unique needs of Worksoft, following their direction while integrating their own creative ideas to create an eye-catching 30’x30′ booth design. For instance, Worksoft knew they needed a unique booth in order to stand out from the crowd and drive foot traffic to their display. Our team also noted that the client had mentioned wanting a curved design, so we were able to create custom wood-curved kiosks along with LED soffit lights and a custom-made reception counter for a sleek, appealing look.
We were also able to design the display in such a way that provided the four separate workstations that gave the client the individual workspaces they needed while maintaining a cohesive look and design.
Ultimately, Worksoft’s appearance at this year’s Sapphire Now & ASUG Conference was a success; they were extremely pleased with the way their display and booth turned out, noting that the experience they had working with our team as opposed to their vendor last year was truly night and day. We were proud to have been able to provide Worksoft with the unique and functional display they needed to make the most of their involvement at this highly regarded conference.
