Valley Group, an industrial hauling service, needed a custom exhibit for the 2018 Plastics Show in Orlando. The company has attended many industry trade shows over the years but their exhibit had not been updated in a long time, and they wanted to introduce a fresh new 20×30 space for this year’s show. Understanding that their main goals for the show were to build new relationships, our team got to work creating a welcoming, open oasis that would not go unnoticed on the showroom floor.

Key Design Elements

To increase brand awareness, Valley Group requested that the new design had ample height that would catch the attention of attendees regardless of where they were on the show floor. The ability to facilitate conversations in a comfortable environment was also crucial. Several dedicated hang out areas complete with lounge furniture, charging stations, and a large, custom bar that served as a refreshment station made every guest feel welcome. To add to the functionality of the space without compromising the integrity of the design, a hidden storage closet was built behind the bar and inside the 14’ high branded tower.

This exhibit was a true transformation and is a great example of how our team strategically works with clients to design a space that supports their trade show goals. See the results in the slideshow below!
