Every year, orthopedic surgeons perform hundreds of thousands of hip, knee, and other joint replacement procedures. For the last decade, Parcus Medical has helped supply these surgeons with more than 300 different joint replacement products, from suture anchors to graft fixation systems, all manufactured in Sarasota, Florida.

Attending the AAOS 2019 show in Las Vegas, sponsored by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Parcus Medical showcased cutting-edge surgical products with a 20×30 trade show booth rental.

Client Needs and Key Design Features

Parcus desired a modern, inviting space that showcased their brand. In addition, they needed a space complete with product displays that also served as workstations in order to effectively demonstrate its various instruments, systems, and accessories.

During the initial design discussions, it was evident that strategic organization would be a critical component of the booth’s functionality. For the demonstrations, they needed to be able to hammer their products with a mallet on the top of each workstation, in addition to having quick access to other poduct sku’s. We accomplished this by installing a custom drawer system on the backside of each workstation. This provided the Parcus team with the ability to quickly access the required products while remaining organized between demonstrations.

These elements were tied together to create a space that felt far larger than its actual size, providing plenty of space for Parcus’s staffers to interact with event attendees.
