Earlier this year, RFID Journal Live held its annual three-day conference at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. This particular event is meant to share and spread industry innovations and knowledge on the computer hardware/software, electronics, and industrial products industries. Invengo Information Technology (a leading provider of RFID technology and solutions) approached our team at Rockway Exhibits for assistance in producing an attention-grabbing booth that required very specific elements.
Invengo needed three double-sided workstations that would allow them to demonstrate their vast selection of RFID products. They also needed a private conference room with the capacity to seat six people. Furthermore, because they wanted a space to greet and mingle with attendees, Invengo also required their booth to have a welcoming reception counter. Hanging sign monitors that they could use to play product video loops was another must-have element for the exhibit.
The Rockway Approach
One of Invengo’s signature products requires mounting on the ceiling, so one challenge for Rockway Exhibits was to incorporate this feature into their trade show booth design. To accommodate this, we built a custom round fixture that we hung from the ceiling in the center of their hanging signs. This allowed them to fully utilize and demonstrate the product to attendees while still having a unique and eye-catching booth.
Invengo’s custom modular booth measured 20 by 30 feet and stood out from neighboring booths due to its unique design that included two hanging signs—one with the Invengo company logo and a second with a company description. We also delivered on the need for a reception area and a private conference area, which allowed employees to speak personally with attendees and hold meetings in a secluded and private setting.
Finally, we incorporated a few monitors into the design that proved useful in looping product demonstrations and grabbing the attention of attendees passing by.
Ultimately, Rockway Exhibits was able to deliver on all the client’s unique needs for this custom modular trade show booth, resulting in a successful appearance at the show.
