Each year, the SAP Sapphire Now conference hosts some of the biggest players in the IT industry, with attendees from all over the globe. The 2017 SAP Sapphire Now conference took place in Orlando, Florida. Prior to this year’s event, Worksoft (a leading global provider of automated business process testing and discovery software) approached our team at Rockway for assistance in updating their booth design from the previous year.
Unique Needs and Challenges
While Worksoft had an existing booth from last year’s event, they were in need of some changes in order to reach their specific goals and outcomes for attendance. They needed to increase booth visibility and have four demo stations that would be able to seat four people. They also requested a presentation area with a larger television and soft lounge seating to encourage networking.
In addition to these requirements, Worksoft also needed a semi-private casual meeting area, a full-sized storage closet, and a main greeting counter. With all of these features, the booth still needed to maintain an open look and feel that would help the company develop new relationships, gain quality leads, and strengthen their overall brand recognition.
The Rockway Approach
Our team at Rockway Exhibits immediately got to work in addressing Worksoft’s goals. To increase openness and visibility, we chose to remove the front tower of the existing booth and create a custom-shaped L wall, which would serve as the requested meeting space. For brand recognition purposes, we crafted eye-catching etched and illuminated logos.
The existing 30 x 30 booth remained a great option for Worksoft, as it provided plenty of space and ample options for customization to suit the client’s unique needs.
The booth was also outfitted with custom curved kiosks and LED soffit lighting, as well as an interactive spinning wheel for giveaways and casual ottoman seating for presentations and demonstrations. With these added touches, we were able to create a casual yet functional booth space that was enjoyed not only by the Worksoft team but conference attendees as well.
