Safe Flight Instrument Corporation is a leader in aviation safety and flight performance systems. With products installed on more than two-thirds of the world’s aircrafts, Safe Flight keeps pace with emerging technologies while working closely with customers to innovatively solve unique problems.
This year, Safe Flight attended the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), the largest business aviation event in the world, to educate attendees about the inner workings of its products. The company tasked team Rockway to go full throttle when designing a 20×30 rental booth for use at the show.
Exhibit Needs + Key Design Elements
Having an exhibit space where the Safe Flight team could educate prospects was crucial. To accommodate this, we designed the booth with the following elements:
- 14-foot product tower with custom displays to showcase throttle mechanics
- Modern, private conference room with seating for up to 8 guests
- Custom-made kiosks that housed additional aviation instruments
- Welcoming reception counter ideal for casual conversations
While the Safe Flight team did not have any specific design requests for their booth in terms of layout, they did require the use of creative lighting throughout the space. We accomplished this by using backlit graphics on the product tower along with ambient accent lighting throughout the rest of the space, resulting in a clean glow that made a true impact on the show floor.
The Results
This custom rental exhibit allowed Safe Flight to exceed their event marketing goal of attracting the attention of current and prospective industry professionals.
