RTP Company, a global provider of thermoplastic compounds, needed a custom exhibit for NPE: The Plastics Show in Orlando. Though RTP Company is a regular exhibitor at trade shows, they wanted a new booth design that reflected their goals of attracting new customers and showcasing their many product offerings. Our team worked closely with RTP Company’s principals through every phase of production to create a 50×50 exhibit that would get the company noticed among the 2,100+ exhibitors at the event.
Key Design Elements
Knowing that RTP Company desired a visually-inspiring booth that could be seen from anywhere on the exhibit floor, Rockway Exhibits created two oversized hanging signs with rounded edges that replicated the company’s logo. This element was chosen for its scale and prominence so new customers would be prompted to visit the booth.
One of the company’s brand promises is to deliver customizable solutions to their customers. In order to highlight that element of their message while still ensuring that their trade show booth maintained a cohesive look, we integrated a number of custom design elements. Large, high-impact backlit fabric and vinyl graphics designed by RTP Company were utilized throughout the trade show booth. Additional elements such as wood walls, LED puck lights and a rounded counter that mimicked the hanging signs and overhead beams were also added to give the RTP Company booth a seamless and professional look.
Interaction with visitors was another important show goal for RTP Company. We filled up clear acrylic containers with the company’s pellets and placed them on the right and left of the front counter. This proved to be a visually appealing design element that offered attendees the opportunity to see the product up close in person.
RTP Company’s team raved about the positive feedback they received about their booth. Everyone from the show’s attendees to the company’s CEO spoke about the booth’s excellent design and the overall quality of the exhibit.
