Orlando Health, a nonprofit network of private specialty and community hospitals, attended this year’s Disney Showcase. The annual show provides Disney employees the opportunity to discover Disney benefit partner vendors and learn more about available services. To accomplish their show goals, Orlando Health approached Rockway Exhibits to design and build a brand new rental display.
The Client’s Needs
Orlando Health had several goals for the show. They wanted to drive a good amount of foot traffic to the space so attendees could learn more about Orlando Health’s services and why it should be their preferred healthcare facility. They also wanted to use the trade show booth design to highlight their many service locations and their sponsorship of Orlando City Soccer.
The Rockway Exhibits Approach
Our team worked closely with Orlando Health’s marketing agency and internal team to develop the 40×45 foot space. We understood that attendee interactions would be a key success metric, so we opted for an open design with ample lounge seating so visitors could easily enter the space and connect with members of the Orlando Health team.
To draw foot traffic, we incorporated eye-catching backlit graphic walls and a large overhead structure emblazoned with 3D “I CHOOSE” letters that was a prominent feature on the show floor. Several custom graphics including a wall map of their locations and a bold turf wall with information about their sponsorship with Orlando City Soccer allowed them to convey their key messages without overpowering the space.
Results
The welcoming and bright design was well received by show attendees (who also had the option to grab a soccer ball as a fun and memorable takeaway). The booth was a great example of how when the right graphics are used strategically, they can have a positive impact without cluttering the space.
