Client Needs + Design Elements
Clever Devices needed help creating a very open, inviting space that would communicate their mission and value clearly to event attendees. Their goal was to include specific elements in the design that addressed attendee concerns with the pandemic, while still creating an environment and experience that appealed to a wide range of show-goers. Most importantly, they wanted their brand and logo elements to be thoughtfully tied into the design in a creative way.
The Rockway Exhibit Approach
Rockway developed and constructed an enormous 50×50 exhibit. There were four dedicated kiosk stations with TVs serving as the main focal point in the center of the exhibit to lead people in for demonstrations on some of their most important technologies and products. Backlit kiosks were included towards the back end of the exhibit to appeal to anyone who was looking for a more personal conversation or experience.
Lastly, elements in the exhibit (the oversized hanging signs, the kiosk stations, and the floor) incorporated a curved pattern and their direct color palette that resembled their logo. By creating an inviting space for open discussion and effective demonstrations, the exhibit was able to steal attention and show attendees the true impact that Clever Devices can have on any community’s transportation systems.
Clever Devices raved about the exhibit, highlighting that it was certainly dynamic and attention-grabbing. Additionally, the quality of attendees was reported to be better in comparison to shows in the past, proving that this exhibit commanded the attention of the high-intent prospects they needed. Clever Devices sent out a survey to their internal attendees regarding the overall look/functionality of the booth, and received top marks! With the limited amount of time we had from signing the contract to actually being onsite, [Rockway] was amazing.
