As “the world’s largest manufacturer of precision coating- and ink-transfer technology products,” Apex International needed a 20×20 custom trade show booth for the Super Corr Expo in Orlando, Florida. At the show, their goal was to meet with other industry professionals and introduce their industrial production and application capabilities. Knowing that, our team got to work on creating an eye-catching display that would drive foot traffic to their booth and create buzz on the showroom floor.
Unique Client Needs and Challenges
Prior to their attendance at Super Corr Expo, Apex International had exhibited at another industry trade show, and wanted to recreate a similar display. The company was able to provide us with a photo of their past 20×20 display and tasked us to recreate it as accurately as possible. Unique design elements included a dedicated sitting/meeting space, a demonstration space, and other functional space for attendees to gather and learn about each product.
How Rockway Exhibits Delivered
We quickly got to work in recreating the company’s existing trade show booth design for the Super Corr Expo. Not only were we able to recreate the design to meet the client’s needs, but we were also able to improve on the original design in several areas. For example, we incorporated new lighting, including LED soffits on the outside corners, along with bright LED track lighting inside the booth. This ended up being a great way to show off of the company’s colors, and drew a lot of visual interest to the booth itself. We were also able to create a 10x10x4 hanging sign so that the Apex International company name would be displayed prominently above their booth.
Ultimately, Apex International loved their display. Our ability to provide them with a turn-key booth rental, hardware, printed graphics, TVs and furniture, flooring, and accessories made it easy for their team to exhibit at the show without having to worry about each detail. We also handled the shipping, installation, and dismantling to make the entire process stress-free for the client.
