Empower Software’s goals:

Last year Empower Software Solutions had great success at their trade-shows. This year while working with Empower Software they expressed how they were pleased with their exhibits functionality last year but wanted to capitalize this year by displaying with a more powerful and unique design. They were seeking extra lighting and unique lighting. Along with that they were looking for two comfortable “bar” work stations, these would allow them to showcase their software in a modern, relaxed environment. The last goal was to create a presentation area with a large monitor and modern furniture to grab attendee’s attention.
Rockway Exhibits’s solutions:
Rockway Exhibits aims to not only meet the client’s goals, but surpass them. For the open bar style areas, we built two custom 8ft laminate workstations which we call Apple Bars. These bars had sleek compartments making wire management easy along with unique pendant lighting above for a modern feel. The custom LED reception desk brought attention to the company’s logo and the forefront of the exhibit. Colorful blue uplighting accented the white canopy’s while the LED puck lighting facing down brought attention to graphics and the aesthetic faux grass on the arch towers. Empower Software will be exhibiting with a 30×30 version of this exhibit in June at SHRM 2015 and in October at HR Tech 2015, we are excited for them and look forward to them showing off.
