The Enterprise Connect trade show was held this past March in Orlando. During this trade show, businesses and experts across the business communications industry had an opportunity to share ideas and connect with potential clients and business partners. VOSS, a software company that offers business communications operations management, approached Rockway Exhibits with the need for a custom booth display for this show.
The Client’s Needs
Specifically, VOSS communicated their need for a visually appealing booth that would include a dedicated workstation where they could demonstrate their software to attendees and potential customers. They also requested a second video monitor that could be used to play a corporate video loop, along with a comfortable lounge area where visitors could sit, relax, and hold casual conversations.
The Rockway Approach
Our team at Rockway Exhibits immediately began brainstorming ideas for VOSS’s 10×20 trade show space that would meet the company’s specific needs and budget. From there, we worked to design a custom modular booth with unique elements to give them the look and function they wanted at a reasonable cost.
We were able to incorporate a number of unique elements into this booth design, including a 3-D VOSS logo that helped the booth stand out from others at the exhibit and drew in more foot traffic. Our design featured a backlit reception counter for added visual appeal and custom, striped carpet that tied into the stripe that ran along the back wall and header. Finally, we incorporated a custom-made workstation counter that was useful for greetings and demonstrations.
As per the client’s request, we were also able to include a comfortable lounging area and a large monitor in the center of the booth that displayed information about the company.
Ultimately, this custom modular design was a huge success at the conference and drew a great deal of attention from attendees. The modern, sleek design wonderfully reflected VOSS and the company’s values—and the booth was extremely functional.
